Successful completion of the program could lead to a permanent position within DHL Supply Chain. During the traineeship, you will get different jobs in various departments:
- I stage (6 months) — Onboarding + Junior Data Analyst;
- II stage (after 6 months) and III stage (after 12 months) — Junior Data Engineer;
- IV stage (after 18months) - Junior Data Scientist;
- V stage (after 24 months) target role- Data Scientists Expert.
Administer Data Engineer plans to run and maintain data systems for the business in line with business strategy, financial objectives, group guidelines and policies. - Administer Data Engineer plans to run and maintain data systems for the business in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies;
- Apply prescribed process to transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate ML algorithms and tools;
- Deliver assigned tasks for machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to automate predictive models;
- Perform tests and statistical analysis, and interpret test results;
- Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area;
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function;
- Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge.

- Bachelor or Master in IT (or related) - up to 1 year after graduation;
- English at B2 level or higher - required.
