Data Entry Specialist
Location: Warszawa, ul. Bema 83, 01-233
Responsibilities:
- Work within a global team to accurately collect, enter, and process business data, transactions, and information
- Prepare, check and enter data into the ERP/Financial system for operations including:
- Customer Purchase Orders
- Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Receipt of Products
- Purchase Invoices
- Customer Invoices
- E-commerce reports
- Customer Care
- Cooperate with fellow team members to ensure timelines and service levels are met for all team responsibilities
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience performing business transactions within an ERP system
- Ability to use search screens within an ERP system to perform research
- Proficiency in the use of Excel
- Highly detail oriented to deliver precise and timely work
- Excellent communication skills (English B1)
